Powerbar HydroGel provides you with carbohydrates and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. 
The “trash chain” is easy to open. The gel, which is free from 14 major allergens and artificial flavourings, is just as easy to consume afterwards. It is therefore not necessary to drink more liquid immediately. This not only saves time, but also gives you the opportunity to concentrate solely on your competition.
