Zwei Sterne weil das Schloss eingetroffen ist zusammen mit der Rasche.

Der Bestellung liegt keine Anleitung bei, zum Glück findet man beim Hersteller etwas zur Montage.
Bei meiner Bestellung fehlte die Splint Scheibe (5) zur Fixierung des Schlosses.
Telefonisch versuche ich seit über 45 Minuten mein Anliegen vorzutragen und höre „Unsere Leitung ist im Moment belegt wir bitten um einen Augenblick Geduld“. Vielen Dank für die Ehrlichkeit uns zu erklären, dass Ihr nur eine Leitung (Telefonleitung) habt aber wenn so viel Geduld benötigt wird stellt die Telefonleitung doch gleich ein!

Macht einfach keinen Sinn.
