The bike arrived with a scratched frame and chipped paint, which had been rudely masked with paint of a different texture from the original. Bolts tightened with incorrect torque. Derailleur improperly adjusted. The bike had certainly not been tested after assembled as the front brake was full of air and even after bleeding the brake does not work properly suggesting a factory fault of either lever or calliper. Regarding the warranty claim, the customer service does not respond to messages. There is no comparison to the quality of Canyon bikes and service. I would not recommend buying a bike from this company.

Bellissima! Nella colorazione pistacchio è molto elegante e tutti gli amici me lo dicono. Le prime impressioni di guida dopo due uscite, una tecnica e l'altra un po' più lunga, sono veramente positive: incollata al terreno in discesa dove dà sicurezza e pedalabile in salita dove si arrampica bene. Non sento la mancanza dell'ammortizzatore posteriore. Un grande acquisto!

Das Fahrrad macht Spaß. Ich habe es als Ablöse für mein Cross Country Hardtail gekauft und es überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Bergauf war das Cross Country Rad etwas leichtgängiger, aber spätestens bergab ist das Bonero viel stabiler und macht auf Singletrails und Forststraßen eine gute Figur. Auch die Sitzposition ist sehr modern und unterstützt eine aktive Fahrweise. Schaltung, Bremse, Federgabel funktionieren genau wie sie sollen und sind gut ausgewählt. Ich bin auch mit den Reifen sehr zufrieden - sie rollen recht gut aber haben trotzdem Grip im Gelände, auch wenn der Boden etwas weicher ist. Was ich auf der Homepage nicht gefunden habe ist, dass das Bike ein Kategorie 4 Fahrrad ist - das bedeutet es sind kaum Grenzen gesetzt, wo es verwendet werden kann.
