The flavourless Saltolyte Salt and Electrolyte Capsules support you with salt, essential minerals and trace elements as well as vitamin D3 during continuous physical exercise with high sweat loss.
The individual capsules are easy to consume as small portions on the go and can be combined with sports drinks or food gels. Swallowing the closed capsule does not leave a salty taste in the mouth that could promote thirst. Alternatively, the capsule contents can also be dissolved in liquid and consumed as a drink.

Recommended intake:
