X-GEL seat pad:
The foam of the X-GEL seat pad was produced with a special pressure line system. This manufacturing process creates different levels and heights in the material – for optimal adaptability of the pad with every movement. A smooth, breathable surface with special inserts and pre-shaped wings ensure maximum comfort while riding. Thanks to the HT90 shaping technology, the wings hug your body at a 90° angle and adapt perfectly to your movements. This prevents pressure points and irritation in the seat area. The pad is made of V.F.C. foam and manufactured using a special industrial process. Thanks to this process, the foam is optimally shaped without compressing it. It keeps its excellent, shock-absorbing properties. The Air Plus fabric is a unique fibre technology developed together with the Eschler company. The avant-garde microfibre offers a highly technical and powerful performance. It is very breathable and promises soft comfort. Moreover, the seat pad has smooth transition areas for optimal fit and comfort.
