Can I still change my order?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make changes after receiving the order confirmation. However, you can place a new order at any time – and your favourite item will then be sent straight to you! 

 

Voucher
It's nice that you want to give someone a very special gift. You can order a voucher directly via our webshop. This will then be sent to you by email. Sending can take up to 20 minutes. Please make sure to check your spam folder.

Redeem voucher
You can enter a voucher code in the shopping cart, you will find the field above the total amount. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed at our stores in Germany (excluding shop-in-shop locations)

Was your voucher code not accepted?

  • Please check whether you have entered all letters and numbers correctly and make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the code.
  • Please note that there are separate fields for the voucher code and the Pin below it.
  • Check whether your voucher code has already been used in a previous order.
  • Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the issue date.
 

Guest order
You can place an order as a guest, no customer account will be created.

Assign guest purchases to my customer account
Unfortunately, we cannot link your order, which you placed as a guest, to your customer account afterwards.

 

Add the voucher afterwards
Have you already placed your order and forgotten to enter the voucher code?
We are sorry, but we can no longer redeem your voucher. You are welcome to enter it again with your next order.
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the issue date.


Collection at the Rose store 
You have the option of having your fully assembled bike delivered to one of our Rose stores and picking it up there. You can conveniently order clothing, accessories and spare parts for collection from Biketown Bocholt. Please note: Due to logistical procedures, there will be a longer delivery time for collection.

 

Bike pickup at the Rose store
If you have selected a Rose store as a shipping option during the ordering process, you will receive an email from us as soon as you can book a collection date in our online appointment calendar. You can use this to schedule an appointment with a bike consultant who will give you a personal introduction to your ready-to-ride bike.

Important: You cannot collect your bike without booking an appointment. It is not possible to change the pick-up location at a later date. 

 

Reserve items in the store
Reservations in the store are not possible. In the webshop, you can see on the product whether it is available in the store. Please note that the information is not binding – there may always be sales in the meantime. Thank you for your understanding!
 

Standard Bike Delivery 
Your bike is delivered to you by our shipping partner. If you selected dispatch via shipping company, our shipping partner will contact you to make a delivery appointment. 


How does my bike look when it arrives? 
Your bike arrives pre-assembled and you only need to do a few things: 

1. Straighten the bars 

2. Install the front wheel 

3. Adjust the saddle height 

4. Screw in the pedals 

 

Where can I find my frame number?
You will find the frame number of your bike directly on the frame, either under the bottom bracket, behind or under the bottom bracket sleeve or under the kickstand plate, depending on the bike model. If you cannot find your frame number, you are welcome to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

 

Parcel tracking 
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email – including a link to the shipment tracking of the respective shipping partner. If you use a ROSE customer account, you can view the shipping status of your order at any time in your customer account. As a guest customer, you will find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. After dispatch, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
