The FRAME-Pack TOPTUBE from the ORTLIEB BIKE-PACKING series offers your gear effective protection from rain and spray water. Through the well though-out dimensions, even drinking bottles can easily find space in the frame triangle. The straps can be individually positioned, allowing for a flexible adjustment to your bike.
