With the electronically controlled Shimano DI2 FD-R8050 front derailleur from the Ultegra groupset, you get – when used in combination with compatible DI2 components – a seamlessly integrated electronic shifting system for intuitive and reliable gear changes.
With its functionally clean design, the Down-Swinger reliably redirects the chain in a quick shift, even with larger chainring gaps and under high pedalling forces.

The two modes of Synchro-Shift technology ensure optimum shifting precision and performance.
What’s more, the auto-trim feature automatically adjusts the front derailleur in case of unfavourable chainlines, avoiding chain rub at the cage.
