The HANDLEBAR MOUNTING-SET QR by ORTLIEB is a mounting block for handlebar bags and baskets that can be easily attached to almost any handlebar up to 35 mm in diameter using the clever BAR LOCK rope attachment system. The QUICK RELEASE (QR) fastening system ensures quick and uncomplicated attachment and removal of the handlebar bag.
