Park Tool TSI-1 Tubeless Sealant Injector

Insert the hose and let the sealant flow! The TSI-1 sealant injector by Park Tool makes installing and maintaining a tubeless system clean and easy. Thanks to the syringe, the regular injection of sealant is done in no time and with minimum effort. Fast, precise and mess-free. The Park Tool injection kit does not even require any special valve cores or tube fittings. The tyre beads can also remain seated on the rims when checking or removing sealant from the tyre.

All you need is a valve with removable valve core, such as a common Presta, Dunlop and Schrader valve or a special tubeless valve. The valve core has to be removed to fit the thin tube all the way through into the tubeless system. This is done quickly with a valve key. The handy syringe then allows you to precisely draw the right amount of sealant out of the bottle before injecting it. The injection works best when the valve is not at the bottom. The transparent syringe body features a gauge so you can precisely read the filling quantity up to 100 ml. That's even enough for filling high-volume MTB tyres. Screw the valve core back in, inflate and rotate the tyre – done.

To check how much sealant is still in the tyre or to replace the tyre sealant, you can proceed similarly. Just make sure to remove, check and refill or replace the sealant using the syringe with the valve in the six o’clock position. With the tyre beads remaining seated on the rim, of course. No more mess when fitting tubeless tyres and full control when filling and refilling tyre sealant into tubeless systems. Attention:
Sealant that is viscous or that uses a high amount of particles may clog up the thin tube. Especially when removing it from the tubeless tyre after prolonged use. Therefore, a low viscosity sealant is recommended.
Some valve stems may be smaller than tube hose diameter of the TSI-1 injector. In this case, the bead must be removed from the rim in order to remove sealant from the tyre.
