Bicycle delivery

You can either pickup your bike at one of our stores or have it shipped to you as a normal parcel.


Standard Bike Delivery

Your bike is delivered to you by our shipping partner. With dispatch via courier, our shipping partner will contact you to make a delivery appointment.

How does my bike look when it arrives? 
Your bike will be completely pre-assembled and you only need to do a few things:

1. Straighten the handlebar
2. Install the front wheel
3. Adjust the saddle height
4. Screw in the pedals

The following items are included in your parcel:

• Your pre-assembled bicycle
• Owner’s manuals for built-in parts
  
  

Is there damage to the box at delivery?
You must note this on the delivery receipt and have it confirmed by the courier.
